Microphonerentals.com (MRDC) operates with a standard rental period of 7 calendar days, with pick up and return taking place on the same day of the week. Monthly rentals are billed as 3 week terms. Some items are available for a 24 hour rental period, please enquire.

Payment methods accepted: cash, money order, or paypal.

Security deposit: A security deposit for the full value of the rental item is required, which we will retain for duration of rental. Security deposits are fully refundable when the item is returned, on time, undamaged and in the same condition as when originally rented. If the props are lost, damaged or destroyed, your security deposit will be kept by MRDC as compensation.

The value of these items lies in their aesthetic design, historical significance and their scarcity. Most items are of prop value, however many of the units are functional. Please, inquire about the unit’s status before you rent.

Some items are fragile, irreplaceable and costly to obtain when renting these items you agree to show them the respect they deserve and treat them with due care.

Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee.

Purchases: Some items are available for outright purchase, please enquire.

Return’s and exchange: We strive for complete customer satisfaction. We are reasonable. We will consider each case individually. If you are not happy with a rental or purchase please contact us within 48 hours. We will happily deal with the situation quickly and do our best to make it right for you.
